A website chatbot that answers questions and books visits
A chatbot on the company website answers questions from the company’s own pages, checks the service area and books appointments, with a person on call for anything else.

- Connects to

Example projects show how we would approach common requests. The companies, screens and data are samples designed by our team, not client work. For delivered work, see our case study.

Answers from your own pages
A visitor asks about weekend service. The chatbot answers from the company’s pages and shows where the answer came from.

Where the hours go today
A heating and cooling company gets most of its enquiries through its website and phone. Office staff answer the same questions all day: do you cover my ZIP code, do you work weekends, what does a tune-up cost. Evening and weekend visitors leave without booking, and many never come back.
The goal: Answer common questions any time, book straightforward visits directly, and hand everything else to the office with the details already collected.
How the automation works
- Load the company’s own service pages, FAQs, service area and booking rules as the chatbot’s only source
- Answer questions in plain language and link to the page each answer came from
- Check the visitor’s ZIP code against the service area before offering a visit
- Offer real open times from the scheduling system and book the appointment
- Hand pricing exceptions, complaints and emergencies to the office, with the conversation attached
- Send the office a daily list of questions the chatbot couldn’t answer
What your team still decides
Office staff own the content the chatbot uses and take over any conversation it hands off. Quotes beyond the published prices always come from a person.
How we’d know it’s working
- Share of questions answered from the company’s content
- Bookings made outside office hours
- Conversations handed to staff, and why
- Time office staff spend on repeat questions
We agree the bar with you before the prototype starts. If it isn’t met, you stop there.
