Who is responsible

When you visit
We record which pages you open and for how long, the page or site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, your device type, browser and operating system, and an approximate location (city, region, country) worked out from your IP address. We don’t keep the IP address itself; we store a one-way scrambled version to block spam. A random ID is saved in your browser so repeat visits can be counted. It doesn’t identify you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t record the visit at all.
When you request an assessment
We keep what you type in the form: your name, work email, the state your company is based in, what you’re looking for and your message. The request is linked to your visit, so we can see what you read first. We compare the state you choose with the country from your IP address, so requests from outside the US can be handled separately.
How we use it
To reply and prepare your assessment, to understand which pages and channels are useful, and to keep the site and form free of spam and abuse.
Who else sees it
We don’t sell or rent your information, and it isn’t used for advertising on other sites. Service providers that host the site and database, deliver our email notifications and run spam protection process it only for us. Staff of Nebel Technologies, including team members outside the US, may read your request to prepare a reply. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to a successor if the business changes hands.
How long we keep it
Visit records are deleted after 12 months, unless the visit led to a request, in which case it is kept with that request. Requests are deleted 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, copy, correct or delete your information by writing to contact@nebeltech.us from the address you used. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we answer within 45 days. Depending on your state, including Texas and California, you have these rights by law; using them won’t change how we treat you. If we turn a request down, reply to our decision to appeal, and we’ll review it within 60 days. You can then contact your state attorney general if you’re not satisfied.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too, and significant changes are noted on this page before they apply.
